(W2D4 was an R&R day.) Did a 2.3 mile ruck with quite a bit of jogging and terrain involved. We found three geocaches and did-not-find one!
The 20 pounds of steel in my bag is starting to feel lighter, which is very good, and I’m feeling better about getting moving every day. I have a week-long business trip coming up that will prevent me from rucking, but I will definitely be packing a set of gear to run with. No stopping from now until the event.
I did not do today’s stationary workouts, which should have been box jumps and burpees. Points off for that.
