Back in action. Going to take it slow but keep consistent. Keeping a streak of something is more important than having to stop.
I ran around with the kids for several hours yesterday, and then went on a 38 minute ruck over 2.6 miles, today. It felt pretty good to get moving, and I’m excited to keep going tomorrow. The last time I did this, I kept reminding myself to slow down, keep the pace, stay moving. Need to continue doing that.
One thing I’ve definitely noticed is that very specific, detailed lists are much more effective. So, not just “do core work”, but specifically which movements and specifically how many sets with how many repetitions. I’ll create (at least) this week’s lists tomorrow.
