I’ve been on a temporary break since the 12th. Haven’t given up, just busy.
The workouts don’t actually take very long, especially if I have a route and a set of exercises planned out, so I blame this week on a failure to plan properly. To avoid a repeat, I will come up with exact exercises (not just “core”) and block out specific time to do my workouts, instead of leaving it up to “whenever is convenient”.
My interval timer is loaded, I have good shoes, I have my pack weight.
Now I need to list upper body, core, and full body exercises, then organize them into blocks.
