Instead of running and doing a full body workout, I did the full body workout known as “crawl around a car for a few hours”. By the end, I was definitely not in the mindset to go for a run, so I’m counting the car work as my workout.
To be fair, though, I did quite a bit of functional core and upper body work. At least enough to feel it afterward, so I don’t think I’m going too far in counting it as a fairly effective workout.
I need bricks for tomorrow, so I’ve already put it on my mental list to stop by a garden center for some bricks and duct tape.
