I forgot to grab bricks while I was out, so this was a “test” ruck, but the kids and dog had fun and I got to check a new path for future rucks. With the two paths I’ve mapped out so far, I can get a total of 2.5 miles. I’ll definitely need to find a longer path in the future. Not enough distance to start smiling.
I did two sets of 40 mountain climbers (2-count) and two sets of 10 burpees as the workout. Starting slow. Probably could do more, but better to work up rather than break myself like last time. The dog did not participate in the workout.
The next ruck is Saturday, so before Saturday I need to get four bricks and at least two rolls of duct tape.
