Even the light run hurt, but I pushed through it and did every rep. Today was back on schedule - W6D2’s workout - though I did swap out the set count of D1 and D2 to taper a bit more effectively for me, so I only did three sets today.
I still suck at pull ups. 13 and on were a struggle.
One more day.
