It doesn’t matter if the water is cold or warm, if you’re going to have to wade through it anyway.
I went out around noon, after the sun had a chance to warm things up a bit, to do W5D3’s workout. It didn’t warm up at all. Today has been sub-freezing all day.
The ruck itself was great, the circuit not so much. I did just fine on the lunges, flutter kicks, and everything else except the burpees. Have I mentioned how much I hate burpees?
Anyway, now that the rest of my body has built up some ache to match my left leg, I’ll be continuing with pain killers and ice. At this point I’m pretty sure I could just save the ice pack and stick my leg outside.
