C2GRT W2D4: Stretch until the ache stops

I did a couple of long, low intensity stretching sets today. That got the ache in my left leg to go away, so I’m counting it as a win.

The weather is getting harsher by the hour. I’m glad I picked up a couple more base layer pants.


Tomorrow will be the first “early” workout. I need to make sure my stuff is put away where it should be tonight, since I shook everything down to make sure it was clean last time.
